California In-State Migration trend

It is very interesting to analyze where the Californian from San Francisco/San Jose/Los Angeles is moving around.

They're typically movig like this, I only include significant movement onlly:

1. San Francisco -->

      ___Sacramento (Huge) --> Sacramento / Fresno (insignificant)

      ___Los Angeles --> Las Vegas / San Diego --> (not much  migration from LV/SD)

2. San Jose -> 

......Sacramento (Huge) --> Fresno (insignificant)

3. Los Angeles (Huge) -->
.....Las Vegas / San Diego --> stay in San Diego

So the city that became the final destination is always :
1. Sacramento
2. Las Vegas
3. San Diego
4. Fresno ( a bit )

It's understandable that in the first two cities, there're more housing supplies hence the housing price is still bit more affordable than source city where people is leaving.
