Sound proofing floor b.t basement and main house

I recently converted a 1912 house basement into a livable space. The cellar is b.t 6.5 ft and 7ft ceiling clearance with a newly installed ceiling with insulation foam/fiber. However, there is still high airborne and impact noise transfer between the basement and the first floor above. The first-floor flooring is an old hardwood floor. 

I want to install a new vinyl floor with soundproof underlined to insulate both impact and airborne noise transfer from and to the basement and first floor. Could you please suggest the most effective way or product to protect?
