How do I create a Real Estate empire like Trump?

I am a 19 year old wholesaler who is looking to go big this year. I own one property, but I would like to know how do I build a real estate empire like Trump? I want to know how I can better organize my marketing, my business etc. I notice the 50 unit lifts and this is something I want to rehab and hold throughout New England. Any advice on how I can structure my business?

Trump's daddy was a big real estate developer in NYC, so he had a massive head start with daddy putting up the money for his first building. He did a lot with it, but he didn't start from scratch like most folks.

As to the specific details, there are millions of strategies to get to where you want to go. Many a book would be needed to provide the methodologies of success and many do write them. However, if you simply take consistent action towards any goal despite any setback, you can create any empire you want.

Set Goal. Educate(don't get stuck here). Action. Learn from experience and Repeat.

I would also say, Trump may have gotten a headstart however plenty of people squander family resources and headstarts so in my opinion, politics aside, Trump has succeeded simply because of consistent action and belief in goals.

This young man wants to focus on real estate and I think that is a wonderful thing. I do not have an empire so I do not have much to add but lets not get political. If you love or hate the President that is fine but I am sure Johnny would appreciate real estate advice.
