Brand New Member in Columbia, SC!

Hey guys!  I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself as a new member to the BP forum.  I have been a residential real estate agent for two years now in my hometown of Columbia, SC.  I am looking to start acquiring rental property in the next 6 months, and will be active on here trying to learn everything I can about single and multi family investing!  I have helped numerous out-of-state investors buy property in the area, and now it's time for me to start building my own portfolio.  Thank you all for providing an awesome community, and I'm also happy to answer any questions about our local market and opportunities here!!
