Out of state investing, what am I missing or should be thinking about?

My company renovates homes in Virginia and we are starting to hold properties out of state.  We are set up on Rent Spree and looking at Rent Redi.  What else should I be thinking about?  We have a list of vendors and a team in place to help run the properties.  Anything else that I am missing?  Thank you!
