Duplex (2 bed 1 bath per unit) and ONLY 1 Parking Garage
Property for sale that I am interested in only has a 1 car garage, and driveway.
This a 2/1 Duplex. I would owner occupy and use FHA to finance. The plan would be to use the full driveway and garage (as my significant other and I) to use, while stating that the lower unit tenant would have to Street Park. All opinions welcome. I am curious how important parking is to potential tenants. How much does Street Parking ONLY affect the rent I am able to charge?
