How did you find your first SUB 2 deal?
Hey Bigger pockets community,
I'm looking into obtaining my first property and I was hoping it would be a seller finance subject two deal! I'm having difficulty finding a willing seller though. I'm curious about how you found seller's who were wanting to go that route. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
