How to handle repairs shared roof and crawl space
Hello,
How would you all handle repairs to foundation and remediation of moisture issues in crawlspace when shared with an adjoining quadplex?
Haven’t reached out to the other owner yet but thinking ahead. But if they don’t want to split costs what are other options?
