Hello everyone,

I am John. I am new to real estate and have been reading the book How to Invest in Real Estate by Josh and Brandon. I do not have any real estate experience, but I am excited to learn. I am 25 and working full-time. I came across the BiggerPockets community from getting the above book recently.

At this point, it's my goal to continue building up my savings so I have more capital to do my first deal. In the meantime, I'd like to learn about real estate and its various forms. I am looking forward to connecting with people in the BiggerPockets community. I am elated to begin my real estate journey!

Hi John and welcome to the forum. Once you have done some reading, decide on a niche. It's really easy to try to do everything at once. Start evaluating deals in your niche while you are saving that money. Then you'll be ready when the right deal comes along.
