I’m a relatively new real estate investor and I’m having a hard time figuring out how to find off market deals in Tucson Arizona. Hoping for a conversation and any specific insights.

Do you have any recommendations on how to finance a deal if I won’t qualify for a traditional mortgage?

Traditional mortgages are hard to find at the moment and probably getting harder for a while, so I recommend people get training on Creative Finance.
