STR Market @ Biloxi Beach, MS?
I just drove through Biloxi Beach (MS) and could have sworn I met Brandon Turner at a storage unit. I wish someone could either confirm or deny that so I could quit torturing myself for not asking "are you Brandon Turner?".
That aside, I was wondering what experience others might have had in this market with STR's?
Looked like a lot of development was taking place.
Just curious curious about restrictions, etc.

Hey Kyler! I'm a Biloxi local. Investor and broker. As Jon mentioned Biloxi is regulated but our other coastal beach towns are a little more relaxed. That's not to say it's impossible in Biloxi, you'll just need to know where to look. There's definitely great returns in our sleepy little coastal area!
