Frequent phone calls and texts asking about my house

I own one rental home in a C class area in Memphis.  It seems like every day I receive a call, mail or text asking to buy this unremarkable house.  Its maybe worth just slightly over 100k.  Who is calling me and why show so much interest for this house?
