Wow, it has been a very interesting last month.
Was wondering if any other investors out there have felt the shift in the last month in pricing but also the demand for rentals?
It's the first time in a long time that my rentals have not been jumped on and we had to lower the rent slightly to get it rented fast.
Would love to hear how everyone else is seeing things.
