Borrowing a GC license in Georgia
I am considering getting by Residential GC license in Georgia. One area I am exploring other than actual construction projects is renting/borrowing out my license to others to use. Does anyone have experience with this in Georgia? Also, is there anyone who has recently gone through the GC license exam recently that I can pick your brain.

But why would you want to even do that? I was approached a lot to become an RMO, there are even companies that will set this up for you (for a price). But you can only do 3 at one time (IIRC) and there is not enough money in it to make that worthwhile.
Far better to just get the license and go work it as a GC. Lots of good money in building/remodeling houses....and with less risk. There is a LOT of risk if you become an RMO for hire....
