Do high-end renters mostly use agents? Or just Zillow?

I have a property that I'm looking to rent for $11k/month and I'm wondering if prospective tenants in this category are mostly using agents to find rentals, or if they mostly just browse Zillow. Thoughts?

Likely both. What you could do is look at some lease listing comps in the MLS and see who represented the tenants. If it was the same as the listing agent, then likley sites like Zillow.

Another route you can go is look at the competition on Zillow and see how many contacts and applications have come through. If it is low then that could also be an indicator.
