Recommendations for Property Management companies

Hi, this is my first BP post :)
I'm an OOS investor looking at MF property in Columbus Ohio. Since I'm not local, I would heavily rely on the property manager, and therefore having an great property manager is really important.

Please send any recommendations for Property Management companies they've directly worked with my way.

Also, is it common for Property managers to add a 10% markup on any invoice that goes through them?
