Any good investor friendly realtor?

I'm lf trying to invest for the first time in the area and I am lf a realtor that can help me out in this area, that have the patience to work with a first time investor, be available and help out with the pros and cons.

used the BP real estate agent and so far being ghosted...

I've bought my first two duplexes over the past four years with Janet Chapman, who has been eternally patient while I looked at every weird property in the area. @Gregory Schwartz is also a local investor and i think realtor who might be able to help and i recently met Morgan Torrez who is a realtor/ investor! We do have local rei meetups, had one last night at my place where we share resources and ideas! Greg posts them normally, so would love to meet yall at one!
