Patio door - Verticle blinds or curtain rod

I need to replace broken vertical blinds in a rental.  Any recommendations of style/vendor?  I was going to replace with new verticals blinds but am now thinking a curtain rod would be cheaper or panel blinds would be more attractive.  Thoughts?

Vertical blinds work well with sliding glass doors. It's easy to replace the vanes. Take one of the vanes to Home Depot, Lowes, Menards or a similar store in your area and they will help you match it.

Clean vanes easily with Clorox Wipes. Hold one on each side of the vanes and move your hands downward. For stubborn marks, use Magic Eraser.

If there are other broken parts, those are readily available too. Generally easy to fix.

If you're thinking about changing to completely different window coverings, you will need to take down the head rail and patch the holes in the wall and perhaps repaint. So plan accordingly.
