Looking for real estate agents in Arizona

Hi my name is Gerald and I want to get in touch was a licensed real estate agent in Arizona who has experience finding rental properties for investors and who also is a real estate investor themselves. Preferably over 85% of business with investors. And not just someone who is starting out. I am just trying to start out and have never invested in real estate before. Can any of you help me find a real estate agent in Arizona? And also a property manager? because I am from out of state. I was searching outside of phoenix around Casa Grande, Apache Junction and San Tan Valley nd surrounding cities.
