Any builders, developers, realtors, architects, in Tampa this week?

Question

I am in town looking at infill lots for our floorplan and build to rent product offering. looking to connect with anyone who is here and can meet us at some of the lots. we specialize in affordable housing units for rent and resale and build on scattered site infill. looking at the greater tampa metro with 5-6 counties all together. please send me a message if so while we are down here I have some questions mostly relating to utilities, frontage requirements, setback requirements, typical build times, and areas of most interest. we do this in Columbus Ohio right now but aren't seeing a lot of interest from institutions which is our main target.

Great we identified New Port Richey, Hudson, and most of Pasco County as the place I would recommend. In addition, anything going up to Orlando is great. Plant City we are working with an owner with a 2 acre parcel to get approvals for a 10-20 unit depending on the density we can get approved with zoning or planned development. Phenomenal market. I like Tampa, Orlando top and then Miami and then Jacksonville personally. I like to go where it is a buyer's market for land so I can get the terms I want. Another small market with limited opportunities was Ruskin. I prefer to develop and build within 30 miles of an urban core so we have the highest amount of equity and rents possible. Most of these meet that criteria. Another place you should look for planned developments is Osceola County in Poinciana there are lots for infill that are affordable. I try to keep single family or multifamily lots at 10% of end construction value once refinanced for the highest chance of success and public utilities. There's a lot to navigate but we spent a lot of time at least 10 days driving through over 40 infill lots to get to know the market and following up on a lot of them. Single family is really easy, multifamily is a little more complex my best suggestion is rural land at least 0.5 acres and up for easiest rezoning.
