My name is Burt McCarroll and I am a recent graduate from the US Merchant Marine Academy. I work as a marine engineer but looking to dive into the world of real estate investing. Now that I have graduated from the academy I plan to have my New Jersey real estate license in the next 3 months and invest in my first property within the year.
