New investor with some wheels in motion

Hi from central Fl. My wife and I jumped into investing last year, specifically starting with long-term rentals. Currently, we own 3 lots and are in the process of building the first single-family rental which should be done by summer. Looking forward to learning more of the processes and expanding into a few short to medium term rentals.
