Good insurance agent in FLorida? SUB-TO

Hello everyone. I'm having trouble finding an insurance agent in florida that is familiar with subject-to. Does anyone have any good referrals here? I'm in Tampa area and would prefer if they are familiar with subject-to. Thanks!
