Newbie from Northwest Indiana/Chicago Area

Just want to introduce myself as a new flipper in the Northwest Indiana/Chicago and been following the BP site for a few months and have learned alot. I did buy my first foreclosure in March with a best friend of mine. We both have full time jobs so this is something we did after work and on the weekends. It took us about 3 and half months and had many lessons learned. It sold in about 3 weeks for way more than we thought we could sell it for which we were both surprised. Excited! Don't want to bore you with to much here if you want to know more let me know. Also like to hear if there are anything in the NWI/Chicago area where flippers get together or just share ideas,insights,wholesalers, etc.
