Seeking Private Money Lender to Partner With

I'm Miranda - a Real Estate Investor looking to get into larger projects, specifically procuring apartment complexes. I am looking with a private money lender to partner with, now and in the future, to close the gap between bank funding and my available capital. I would also love any advice people have from working with creative financing in similar situations.
