Live-In house Flipper Looking to Go Pro

For the last 5 years, I have been self-performing live-in flips with my wife and two young children. After graduating in 2019 with. B.S in Civil Engineering, I night my first house and started flipping. I am a currently licensed professional engineer and a practicing structural engineer. Looking to take the next steps in finding, funding, rehabbing, and flip or holding additional properties.
