Generating Buyer's and Seller's list
Hey, been in wholesale business for a little over a year, always looking for creative and efficient ways to build a buyer's and seller's list. Thanks in advance!

I build my buyers list by posting each property I get on every platform I can. Even if I have a buyer, I still post it, and as buyers contact me about the property, i tell them that property not available, but I have a conversation with them about their Criteria. Then I ad them to my email list and stay in contact with them. It has help me build a nice buyers pot! Good luck!
