Looking For Good Property Management Companies

Hello everyone!

I am a real estate broker (specializing in multi family) and an investor in the Cincinnati market. I was wondering if any can recommend any good property management companies in the area for SFH's, duplexes, 4-plexes? I've always self managed my own properties but struggling to find decent management companies for my clients. Over the years I've worked with a few companies but all but one turned out to be really horrible. The one good one does a fantastic job but will only take properties that have 40+ units.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
