What happened to the rehab estimator tool?

Question

Unless I am doing something really wrong, it looks like the rehab estimator tool has changed? The one I am used to using provides cost estimates of various rehab products based on specs about the house. The one I am seeing now relies on the user to bring their own estimates, and simply tallies them up. That defeats the entire purpose of why I've used it in the past. Am I totally missing something, or has this tool changed? Than you in advance!! Having a little bit of a panic over losing a tool I consider very useful!

I'd also like to know more about this change. Our team was using this tool everyday. The new version is creating a bottleneck and severely slowing down our qualifying time.

Has anyone found a rehab calculator comparable to the old estimator?

Not sure how else one would do the calculations if not using Excel. Unless you want to purchase commercial software.

It looks like BP went back to the old Rehab Estimator tool and got rid of the powered by Kukun version.

Honestly, the Kukun-powered version seemed gimmicky, and wasnt customizable at all.  Maybe it was good for rough numbers, but I can't imagine actually using it to create a final rehab estimate for a project.

I know it's not connected to the BP Rehab tool anymore, which is unfortunate, but the AI it was powered by is called "Kukun".

You can still make free estimates there similar to the BP tool, but it limits you to I believe less than 10 "rooms" per project.
