I'm a Newbie! Looking for an Experienced Partner.

Hello BP,

I am Rodric, and I am analyzing several commercial deals and looking for an experienced partner, a credit partner, and both. In addition, I am new, so if you have any advice on deal funding, I am all ears. Why?

I am putting in offers, and it will not be long before one is accepted. I am learning as I go versus sitting on the sideline waiting until I know everything. It is scary, but I am taking massive action. 

I cannot wait to close on my first multifamily deal.
