Looking for Networking Opportunities in DC or Northern VA
Just starting out. Bought a house, looking to rent it out in the next year or two and looking at short-term rentals. Reading a lot of books, listening to podcasts, etc. and just looking to bounce ideas off other real estate investors in the area that may be just starting too or have more experience than I do.
