Financing for Overseas Multi-family Properties

Hi folks, 

My business partner and I have found a good multifamily property in Spain for a value-add strategy. We have commitments for a down payment and partial capital for the renovation. We are looking for lenders who finance E.U. properties or any other creative financing lenders. Does anyone have any recommendations? We may have the seller carry, so potentially financing for just the renovation.
