The Ten Most Ridiculous Type Posters on BP

1. The insurance salesmen in the personal finance forum preaching “infinity” banking

2. The posters with 2 posts “testifying” as to the value of a particular guru’s mentorship program

3. Posters with no knowledge or understanding of the law arguing legal concepts and quoting “laws” they just made up

4. Posters who call everyone who disagrees with their position a “hater”

5. Posters who claim a degree of success that would make them richer than Warren Buffet

6. Posters who post asking for advice/opinions and then get NASTY when someone responds with an opinion they dislike

7. The people with no ties to BP management who think they decide what is discussed in a particular thread and admonish anyone who doesn’t comply

8. People whose posts are thinly disguised ads for whatever product or service they’re selling

9. Wanna be investors who ask questions like “ what’s the best way to invest in real estate”

10. The poster who is third from direct to the principal who has a tape of loans to sell and wants 3 points on top for himself

Replied

11. The Sponsors or GP's who purportedly own large portfolios but paid for a syndication  course last year and are now the Co-GP in their mentors deals.

12. The investors who are preparing to buy their first property and don't have two pennies to rub together wanting to spend thousands on complexed entity formation for asset protection purposes.
