Need Recommendation: Bridge Lender in NYC area

Hey everyone,

I'm currently amid a deal in CT, and need a bridge lender rec.

Deal: Industrial property in Connecticut for redevelopment. 100k SF for reno. Requires a bridge loan to cover initial acquisition costs and upgrades. projected rental yields are set to increase by 20% post-renovation. Full capitalization is $27MM and looking for a lender to provide $20MM.

I'm looking for a firm with competitive rates. Want somebody that's easy to work with—responsive, transparent, and moves quickly. Time is of the essence here.

If any of you have had positive experiences with bridge loan providers in NYC or have heard great things about a particular firm, I'd love to hear your recommendations.
