My first deal in a couple months

Hello, my name is Hunter Emond and I’m soon making the move to North Dakota to live with my girlfriend who’s in the military. I currently live in Massachusetts where I have my master plumbing license so I’ve always been around construction. My girlfriend and I will soon be turning 24 and our first property hopefully will be a 1-4 unit. We plan on house hacking it so it will set up the next deal and so on. If you have any tips about house hacking or real estate in general it would all be appreciated!
