What brokerages do double closings in Orlando?

I'm looking to start investing, and i like the brokerages that double close since they help you through the whole process. I'm willing to pay the extra closing to do that. Which brokerages that do that here in Orlando?

They bring you properties fit for you, they have connections with realtors, contractors, lenders etc... It's pretty much what I'm doing, but i want to be on the other side, so the investor.

Most will double charge on all fees for double closings which can make them thousands more than a traditional closing.  Look for title company who doesn’t charge twice for things like title insurance and title search. We operate in 13 states including Florida and do double closings that are typically thousands cheaper than other companies.
