New(ish) investor looking to make connections

Hello BP!

I am from the Austin area. Looking to move into multi-family long term rentals. I currently have one single family rental in the Austin area that cash flows pretty good and has appreciated well. I got lucky on the timing with that one. I'm currently looking at a few multi-family deals in Texas to BRRRR.

Hoping to make some connections and attend some meet ups in Northern Austin if anyone knows about any.
