Puyallup area newbie seeking mentor

I have kind of a long complicated story that I’m guessing nobody really wants to hear so I’ll cut to the chase. I need to create some kind of significant revenue stream to ensure my wife, kids, and grandchildren are taken care of when I’m gone. Multi family, storage unit facilities, profitable commercial properties, I’m open to exploring. I just need to get my foot on the bottom rung of the ladder.
