First rental property in Clark Fulton

Hi! I am currently under contract for a property near the hospital in Clark Fulton, I read some forums saying it is a D/F neighborhood, is that still the case today? I'd assume near a hospital would be a great area to purchase a rental? The house is on Trowbridge Ave, 44109.

Yeah, treat the property well, make it nice, and you won't have any issues there. You'll get the best tenants in the neighborhoods price point.

Be a cheap slumlord, and you'll be selling in 6 months.
