Looking for a cleaner for a short-term rental

I have a 2 unit short-term rental property in Ironwood, Michigan and I am looking for a cleaner. Each unit is about 1000 square feet, 2 bathrooms, one unit is a 2 bedroom and one is a 3 bedroom. Pay is $150/per cleaning. During the busy seasons (December-March and July-October) each unit needs to be cleaned 1-2 times/week and during the slow season its about one cleaning per week.
