Looking for Short- Term Rental Buyers List

I am basically looking for help. I have a fantastic off market property for short-term rental property investors.  The property is in highly desired Mountaindale subdivision that sits on Shades Creek.  Birmingham is in the work of new hiking trail that joins mountain Brook to Irondale.  This will create an amazing new atmosphere for the community.  I'm looking for the right person who is interested in the amazing potential of Mountainbrook area.  Can anyone point me in the right direction for potential buyers.
