New Investor from San Francisco Bay Area

Hello everybody,

My name is Mitul Patel. I am from Cupertino, CA. I work in construction industry as a multi family housing project manager in San Jose area.

I want to start investing in Real Estate and wanted to get educated first. I stumbled upon BP and since then I am hooked to it. I want to transition to a full time investor in a couple of years. Working in construction industry I have a good understanding of rehabbing, and new construction. Buy and hold seems to be the strategy that attracts me. I want to learn every thing that is out there about buy and hold. I also want to do some flips to get an understanding of the entire transaction.
