I have a land developed, building permits obtained, basement, retaining walls all done. Building a 6499sf house, homes sold in neighborhood last month for 1,6, 1,7and 1,8 million.
we are listing ours for 1.8 million upon completion. 
We are looking for a financing partner to complete project.
On a 50/50 profit Split.
