Cincinnati REI Meetings or Investors?

Hi Cincinnati BP members,

I'm going to be in town for much of Nov and some of Dec and was wondering if there are any local REI meetings being held that I can attend?

The Cincinnati REIA has a general meeting coming up on Nov. 21, beginning at 6:00PM. Below is a little info, but you can checkout www.cincinnatireia.com for more.

The next meeting isn't until Jan. 2nd. The general meetings are typically the first and third Thursday of each month and are a good place to begin networking and a decent supplement to the info you'll find here on BP.

My partners and I are fairly new to RE as well, but once you start taking action, it's amazing how much quicker you learn and things start to make sense. I definitely recommend the BP podcasts and the Beginner's Guide, but do your best not be a victim of analysis paralysis.

When is the next Cincinnati REI meeting? I'm new to BP and real estate investing. I plan on acquiring my first property by April, 2014. I live in the Cincy area and it would be great to get some valuable information and meet other REIs in the area.

Hmm, strange, I was there. I was there to meet more people in Cincinnati who invest and learn about the landlord topic the attorney was discussing. Hopefully next time we'll be able to connect. In the meantime if you need anything let me know.
