Looking for a Mentor in the Richmond Area

Hello BP Fam, 

I am looking for a successful fix-and-flip/ rent to hold investor in the Richmond area that would be willing to provide some mentorship time for me to grow my REI business. I have completed three flips now, but have not quite hit the marks on profits I expected. I believe my processes are sound, but not refined. If there is someone in the area that would be willing to sit down with me a few times, or allow me to tag along/ assist through their process, I would be interested in meeting up.

Please, I am not interested in attending a workshop that ends up being a sales pitch.
