Looking for DSCR Lender For Cheap Homes

Hi all,

Looking for a DSCR lender to regularly refer my investors to. Looking for these requirements:

-$75k purchase price or lower
-80% LTV
-No prepayment penalty
-Gives referral bonus
-Is willing to work with foreign investors
-Past real estate experience not needed for buyer
-Property management not required to close for buyer
