Recommendation for a good property manager

Hi everyone, 

I've been a biggerpocket member for several years now but I've been lurking in the background until now.  I have one SFM which I'm managing myself.  I'm in the process of bidding for a 4 unit multi-family home in Seattle, which I'm not prepared to manage myself if i was to get the winning bid.  

 If anyone know of a good rental management company please give me some recommendations (for both SFM and Multi-family home).  Thank you for taking the time to read this.
