Seeking Mentorship in the Oklahoma-Arkansas Region

Hello everyone,

I realize this is a large ask. But, I'm reaching out to the community because I'm looking for a mentor or experienced investor to guide me in real estate, specifically in the Oklahoma and Arkansas region. I'm particularly interested in the BRRRR method (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat), commercial and multifamily properties.

I have a keen interest in learning the ins and outs of finding and analyzing deals, navigating the rehab process, and getting funding for multifamily and commercial properties in this area. I’m eager to grow my knowledge and gain practical insights from someone with experience in this space.

If anyone has experience with the BRRRR method in Oklahoma and Arkansas, or can recommend a mentor or resources to help me get started, I'd greatly appreciate it!
