What are the best platforms to list MTRs on?

I have an MTR fully furnished 1 bed/1 bath guesthouse in a beautiful area with great views. I currently have it listed on Furnished Finder, Airbnb, and Apartments.com. Are there others that would be helpful? I have included the link below of the listing. Thank you so much!

I use turbotenant quite a bit as well and just label that it is furnished. It is free to list on and has been a great program for me to get rental leads

I would also list on Zillow, AirBnb, and VRBO.

Thank you so much for the tips, Shannon! I have been a member with FF for over a year, but it was rented out to a family member for most of 2024 & the first 2 months of 2025. I already have a signed lease with another tenant (through FF) for 3 months in the summer. So basically I was looking to fill the month of April and also be proactive about the fall. I could've asked the family member to write a review, however, I didn't feel that it would be considered objective.

I will definitely look into a real estate photographer--your photos on your listing are so good!

I’m curious what your occupancy has been in the year you’ve been on FF. If you haven’t hosted anyone (since there’s no reviews), I suggest lowering your price in small increments until the market reveals what the rent must be. It looks like you and I joined around the same time except I’m in the suburbs of DC— and That is what I did to get my first person. (Supply +Demand +Location) Additionally, professional photos are worth every penny and will help people to stop scrolling and examine your listing. Not one of your competitors have professional photography.
