Hello from Sarasota and Northern Virginia

I have been a casual real estate investor for twenty years. I recently sold my business and am now looking to invest more seriously. I am very curious and looking to learn all I can. I just bought five homes in the last thirty days in Bradenton- Heritage Harbor- to get started. Would love any info experienced investors have with rental property managers in that area. At this point I have them listed with Michael Saunders.
